Poonam Calibration and Instrumentation L.L.P. is a calibration laboratory established with the objective of providing accurate, reliable, and traceable calibration services in accordance with internationally accepted calibration and quality practices. The laboratory has been developed with due consideration to the requirements of National Accreditation Board for Testing and Calibration Laboratories (NABL) and ISO/IEC 17025, with emphasis on technical competence, impartiality, and consistency in measurement results.
Background and Experience
The calibration activities of the organization are built on a strong legacy. Calibration and instrumentation services have been carried out since 1998 under the firm Poonam Instrumentation Services, based in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, Maharashtra. The legacy firm has been engaged in calibration, installation, and commissioning of electrical and instrumentation systems, with significant practical experience in pressure calibration and industrial instrumentation support.
Over the years, services were provided to a wide range of industries including manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, power, engineering, and process industries across Waluj MIDC, Pune, Nagpur, and surrounding industrial regions. This long-term exposure has contributed to the development of sound technical practices and an understanding of industry measurement requirements. To address the growing need for a dedicated and structured calibration facility, Poonam Calibration and Instrumentation L.L.P. was established as a separate legal entity, with defined systems, infrastructure, and processes intended to meet current accreditation and compliance expectations.
